TOOL WORKS
The tool works is equipped with modern machines necessary for production of injection moulds and tools. This fact together with the long year experience in this branch and under full use of all technological and control systems are a guarantee of high quality of our final products. The evidence of it gives a whole range of preferences of our satisfied foreign customers, amongst them FKT, ISM, Stabila, Grohe-DAL, Himmermann, KTS, Piko, M+R, Concept Industri, Valeo, ITB, ASCO, Global Components, Injecto Mold Inc. and whole range of others. Amongst home customers we have to start with INA Lanskroun, Twis Strazna, OEZ Letohrad, Rubena Nachod, Visteon Novy Jicin and others.
Production facilities:
- wire-cutting EDM: Agie-Evolution, Mitsubishi FX10K and Agie-Vertex
- die sink EDM: Mitsubishi Center 400 and Mitsubishi Center 500
- 3–axes machining centres MCV 750A and MCFV 1680NT of the firm Kovosvit Sezimovo Usti with control system Heidenhain TNC 426/430 ME, MAX-VMC40 with control system Heidenhain TNC 530
- conventional machines like milling, drilling, turning and grinding machines (see the table) Maximum form and tool size we are able to manufacture in our own production is up to 2 000 kg. Within the system CAD/CAM we use a 3-axes machining of electrodes (copper, graphite, BeCu)
